The Emily Flanders Nairn Award

 

The Emily Flanders Nairn Endowment provides a graduate nursing scholarship for students who focus their studies on any aspects of addiction or its consequences with preference given to applicant who demonstrates financial need. In the absence of an applicant with financial merit, only the addiction-related condition will apply. An award of $400 will be given. (Full-time GRU College of Nursing faculty should not apply).

Application Information

Scholarship applicants must:

  1. Be a currently enrolled graduate nursing student.
  2. Submit a proposal identifying a treatment plan for a specific addiction using the
    Scholarship Application Cover Sheet.
  3. Provide a recommendation from a GRU faculty member using the Scholarship Recommendation Cover Sheet and Scholarship Recommendation Form.
