The Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Paramedic (CCEMTP) program is owned
by the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). The CCEMTP program is conducted
as a satellite program on the Georgia Health Sciences University campus.
Should a retest be required, GHSU course participants must wait 24-hours for retesting (per UMBC policy). Non-GHSU course participants (i.e.- you took the course and initially tested at another site) must pay a $35 site test fee to GHSU and may retest any time GHSU offers the written exam. The fee is for each retest attempt. Additionally, UMBC charges a $35 retest fee, which should be made out to UMBC and mailed to UMBC at:
University of Maryland Baltimore County
Department of Emergency Health Services
Professional and Continuing Education
1450 S. Rolling Road/Technology Center
Baltimore, Maryland 21227 .
Individuals from other sites that need to re-test are welcome. To request a retest at MCG, print out, complete and sign the retest page and mail it with the required certificates and a check. Requests for retesting must be received 14 days prior to the test date.
For more information and/or confirm retest registration, contact Rebecca Rote at 706-721-3548 or email rrote@georgiahealth.edu .
