
Managing and protecting personal health information has never been more important - and the GHSU Department of Health Management and Informatics is taking a leading role in the initiative.
Health Informatics optimizes health information and the use of technology to improve health care. It encompasses technology’s impact on health care and developing and applying information technology in health care.
The department offers an undergraduate degree and post-baccalaureate certificate in health information administration as well as a Master of Public Health degrees in informatics and health management.
